Well-run accommodation with perfect setting near to the Sutherland House and Southwold after 35 years or more.

Everything was great, it had good wifi, nothing to complain about. We booked the deluxe king suite that was magical. The food in the restaurant was WELL PRESENTED and the restaurant was amazing.

It was in a marvellous and fab location with a classic pier nearby. This hotel was located in an excellent area.

We got a room with a bath. Its location in Southwold was exceptionally nice, close enough to Sutherland restaurant where the food was excellently prepared and Close to shops.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very spotty.

The hotel had a very central location to the restaurant where we had a delicious meal. The rooms were modern and stylish kept by the sincere staff.

Comfortable dining room for excellent breakfast. Small room with high-quality fittings, could benefit from more storage space. Pleasant walled garden for drinks/lunch. Well-equipped and spotlessly clean room. Welcoming and friendly staff. Popular restaurant with delicious 

New-fashioned room, very clean bed and pillows. Magnificent location a short walk from city centre.

The rooms were stocked here with a large bath, lovely teas and a double bedroom with an enormous free standing bath. The location was unbeatable, not too far away from a classic pier.

I was here for 1 night and ate at outdoor restaurant for its quality food and great. An electric kettle and glassware were a huge plus. The location was lovely for my stay, 200 metres from a regional brewery. 

Comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, great location, no noise.
